Moira Fischbacher-Smith is Professor of Public Management and Vice-Principal (Learning & Teaching) at the University of Glasgow. She leads the University’s strategy and policy development for learning and teaching, has responsibility for teaching quality, and works with colleagues across the University to support student and staff development in relation to teaching and learning. Moira is also on the Project Board that is developing a new Learning and Teaching Hub on the University's main campus and leads the work on refurbishing teaching spaces on campus. Moira has also led on the University’s response to Covid-19 in terms of moving to online and blended learning.
