Joe Galloway has been involved in research support for 20 years, with a background in funder engagement, bidding successfully for research funding, contracts and financial management. He is responsible for managing the Overseas Team within the University of Glasgow, which covers EU research funding and engaging with research funders and collaborators across the globe. Joe was responsible for creating and implementing the University of Glasgow’s strategy for increased return and engagement with the European Union. The successful implementation of this plan led to a 300% increase in the value of awards to Glasgow.
